Telecommunication Authority was founded by the Law No. 4502 of January 27, 2000 amending the Telegram and Telephone Law No. 406 and Radio Devices Law No. 2813. The Authority is a public organization with private budget and administrative and Financial autonomy, incorporated so as to implement the powers and responsibilities conferred by Laws and perform other tasks assigned.
